Ah, I understand what you mean now. However, that would mean that after 5am usage should stop and for those 11 hours there should be no usage. I am hoping to get the hourly breakdown, but from my hourly checking and notes, this isn't the case. Also, on the 12th the connection was slowed as the cap had been reached. This had the effect of not allowing any devices to connect as the upload usage was maxing the line and so no download usage was possible. So effectively, there was no usage for most of the 12th as well (save for a few hours in the afternoon where the line was repeatedly refreshed by the helpdesk allowing some emails to be downloaded.) Also, I started this exercise as soon as I got off the phone with level two which was around nine. So, I'm pretty sure it isn't carry over, but the breakdown should confirm it. My next test will be with the telecom router. Hoping that's the problem. Thanks.
