Regs: bigpipe has no contracts.... switch to another no-contract provider, then switch back to get free stuff ;)

It's just lightbox. But I've already got NetFlix (which I'm in 2 minds over), so it would have been cool to give LB a decent bash.

But I do like the unlimited part of my BigPipe connection, while my VF Cable has a rest. Unlimited does change how you treat your broadband. The average VDSL2 connection speed self-constrains ability to really abuse.

you can still get a month free with Lightbox even without this offer

Personally I use both Lightbox and Netflix, but find myself watching more Lightbox than Netflix since we both (my wife and me) tend to prefer TV content to movies, and find Lightbox has the best TV content.

(I don't have Neon - in case anyone was wondering, but I probably would get that too once it gets HD and a PS4 app)

We use Lightbox, Netflix <cough>Hulu & HBO Now. Definitely room for more than one SVOD provider in our lives. Just not you, Neon. Being overpriced & SD only will never get you a seat at the table.

so glad I signed up on May 4th and missed out on the connection fee.

Having no connection fee was the only reason I went with bigpipe, it wouldnt cost me anything to try them out (switching from unlimitedinternet, having really slow speeds with them, came from snap who were fast but more expensive).
