The fact that Telecom believes that 0.5Mbs for web browsing is acceptable is appalling to me.
How long were you singed up? You may have recourse under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003
Or, if the plan is not performing as advertised, you could have recourse under the Fair Trading Act.
