Jama: I thought Ericsson stopped development on Bluetooth 2 years ago? I seriously have no interest in Bluetooth and I never use it.

Ericsson stopped CDMA development too... but look, CDMA is still here :-P

You're too subtle :-D

the store is pretty cool. I've had a couple plays with it. Failry spartan compared to all the pretty eye candy in the vfone.

I never worked out if you could re-download your purchases. I can download again when i upgrade my phone, then that's half my concerns gone - but won't be throwing away the ipod quite yet. (no bluetooth on my ipod either)

Ericsson didn't have anything to do with CDMA development. That was Qualcomm. Ericsson just stopped selling CDMA network equipment.

Yip, and they've now left bluetooth protocol development to others.
They still have bluetooth in almost every phone they make. (except the basic ones)

back to music stores..... wireless bluetooth stero headphones work with my nokia 6255 - pretty darn good quality too (untill an sms arrives and it skips back to the first track).

I can browse lotsa mp3 selling website from the nokia browser (i have opera insteall), if i wanted to pay $1/MB to telecom for that. but instead i browse with the PDA, usually over wifi, and then save to the flash card.

Can't do that on the train though....

Had a good play on my 9000 today..... Really nice interface I like it. Feels bigger but better than the 5600. All i can say its a slight improvement in camera but other than that its the 5600 with evdo and a music store. But I can see it becomming popular.
