So how do I get smartphone extra 500mb if I already have mobile broadband 500mb? Called up *333 but its not an option.
Interested in how its $38 for 500mb + 2500 txts instead of the usual $42

NonprayingMantis:
From tomorrow, Telecom is offering Smartphone users the opportunity to double their data for the next 3 months when they sign up to our new 500 megabyte Smartphone Extra.

This means customers can add 1GB of data and 2500 text messages for $38 per month to any prepaid or postpaid voice plan on XT until the end of September.

'for the next three months' should be the end of October (since it is the end of July now).

i.e. 28th August = 1 month
28th September = 2 months
28th October = 3 months.

Ambiguous - could it be that the promotion means customers signing up on 1st October don't get the promo doubling?
