Sadly it's pretty much the way the charging models are done... A techicality, Little that can be done about it really due to that reason and that it's reverse charging and so many Telco's are involved now, it's not just Telecom who probably would open them if they really could..

Calm down folks. WE know we can call from here there, but not from there here. It doesn't seem to have a solution on the network.

So simply use the Internet, grab a landline phone number and contact them. Or if a non-0800 is available then ask someone here in New Zealand to call them and ask for a number.

I think pretty much closes this thread.
