Are you using the watcher from the t-stick itself or the one on the site?

Any antivirus installed? Firewall? If it is not the default Windows firewall, is it allowing the watcher?

Hi Thanks for the reply. The one on the t stick and the one on the Sierra site seem to be one and the same.
I have checked the version that is installed on my computer and it is the same version as on the website.
No other firewall or anything- just a new computer and the widnows updates.
Previusly had the 597E card for 5 days before the release of the t stick.  That watcher seemed ok.

 Uninstalled that...etc.
