Removing one hyperlink to a page doesn't mean the page isn't on display.

all. late last week or just last weekend (I cant remember), I actually saw the advert on the spark pages when choosing 'plans'. I didnt google to get this either.

I read the T&C and saw the promo had ended end of September??  I thought it was odd at the time they still had the offer showing.

The monthly plan cost wasnt enough to get me to switch... ended up signing up to VF fibre just this last Monday....

In my view, if you signed up to an offer that included a special deal, but didn't receive the deal after signing up, then you would have very reasonable grounds to take the matter further.

However, if you went to sign up to an offer for a special deal and were told before signing up that the deal was no longer available, then you wouldn't have reasonable grounds to take it further.

Everything else IMO is irrelevant.
