friedCrumpet: So much fail Telecom. What am I going to do with 50 free international texts? Luckily I still got the bonus $20 for my $60 top up yesterday. Once this credit runs out, I'll be re-evaluating my options and may go back to 2degrees. At least with 2degrees you know what you are going to get when you top up, none of this stupid "OMG OMG what will I win!?" business.

You serious?

50 international texts? What a rip, I dont know anyone that would use those lol

If you have to run heating in winter, you don’t own enough computers.

Do you still get the extra credit if you top up today? It says ends 31st, does that mean today is the last day, or yesterday was??

I got 10 free anywhere anytime minutes when I topped up the other day. So I decided to use them and what do you know i was charged for the 4 or so minutes I used. Big fail telecom.

Would you rather have nothing instead? Remember, the "bonus top up" promotion was always going to be that - a promotion.

Yes, I would rather have nothing, instead of useless freebies that I have to waste my time to acquire.

And you know what, I don't remember the bonus credit being advertised as a limited time offer - but who cares.  My point is this new promotion sucks, and it will impact on my decision to stay with Telecom or not.

You realize it is possible to top up $12 on your telecom in your phones browser right?

The new "free" stuff is a waste of time.
I complained to Telecom today because on my T stick they tried to give me 10 minutes national calling.
It was completely useless so I had a good old moan on the phone to CS.
After a call back from a sheepish someone it was apparently a technical glitch.
But I think it's guys in marketing that simply do not know their customers.
It's LOL

You know, the fact you prepay customers get anything free is pretty damn cool - us postpaid customers get absolutely nothing - on any network. Bonus Topups on XT - prepay only. Mystery Topup Gifts on XT - prepay only. Double Back on Vodafone - prepay only. Topup Bonuses on 2degrees - prepay only.

Quit whining - you're still getting free stuff. More than we're getting.
