HiTM4N: Sadly I just called snap and my cancellation fee is $496 :(
Not quite equal to 2 free months. Was really keen to try what you're offering

ouch!  that seems unbelievably steep.

Don't forget to come back when your contract is up!

When you guys go live will you support second lines?

If the line is already in place, and only require an exchange/cabinet visit by chorus, then the answer is probably yes.

If they require a technician to visit your house to install a fresh line, then no.

Line is in place and ready to go at house, just needs a port allocated at the cabinet /exchange

coffeebaron: Just a general query. Alas I require static IP for some of the stuff I do, so not able to make the move myself.

Ah,  we'll be revisiting static IP as an option later, but it may have to wait for IPv6.

If we offered static IPv6 would that work for you, or does it have to be IPv4?

IPv4 at this stage. Used for VoIP, VPN, also remote access out to customers with restricted to IP, and a bunch of other scenarios etc I have to test for various things I setup for customers.

I would be keen to be involved in the trial if you are still looking for people? I am currently on ADSL, not on contract and want to move to naked VDSL.

Nope. Working fine.
Are you running any ad-blockers or similar?  We've had a few reports of them stopping our site from being viewed for some reason.  Not totally sure why, but whitelisting it on your ad-blocker should fix it.

(to clarify,  we don't have any ads on our site!     )

Actually, I'm not alone. Someone else is reporting the same issue here:

Basically, it  shows an absolutely empty page. Here is the web page source:

Ok, this is AdBlock.
Guys, I would really recommend you to check why AdBlock is conflicting with your page.

Yep,  we're onto it.

Can you confirm if you are running adblock the google chrome plugin, or a different 'ad blocker' please, also if you are running any custom filters.

I'm using Chrome with AdBlock pluging and Firefox with ABP. Both are showing an empty page.
I have the following filters turned on in AdBlock:

EasyList (recommended)
EasyPrivacy (privacy protection)

Both are blocking web content on the main page.

thanks,  that's really helpful.

update on this:
I just tried out the different filters.  It's definitely the privacy one causing the problem.
possibly something to do with google analytics.  I've forwarded it to our devs to take a look.

thanks for the help

Ok, I've registered on the web site.
In the mean time, two questions:
1. I'm currently on ADSL2+ with TNZ using TG582n model. Will it be possible to use the same modem with BigPipe (I'm not sure if it's locked to be used with Telecom only)?
2. I'm in Wellington City, but my address is not covered by TNZ VDSL. I presume this is because I have a direct line to exchange and apparently Telecom doesn't provide VDSL for such cases. So, is there a chance to get VDSL from you?

Cheers,
