Classic - How did that person think you managed to pick the 80GB option from their list of pre-determined option if it wasn't there. And anyway, this is Total Home BROADBAND, not Total Home.

Oh crap. Just had a thought. I chose the 40GB option but haven't had a "sorry but you can't have that" email. What if the person that picks up my request thinks I'm asking for the existing 40GB plan? I don't want that.

Sigh, I really need this upgrade, 40gb is too little for me. Went to sign up and see this down the bottom.

"Please note:
If you are currently in a minimum term contract and if it ends early then the early termination fee of $199 will apply. "

Fine, dont take the extra money I was going to pay for upgrading.

I thought it was that, if you are on a contract (We are halfway through a pro broadband + phone line separate through telecom 12 month contract), then our contract would be carried over onto the new plan.

So leave from pro plan to totalhome and pay a disconection fee? Or did I get that wrong?

well, I filled in my details & prcceeded to the next page.. I see that it reads under my details..

"Contract term: Your existing contract term will continue"

you may try this out on your own if you like.. all i need to do now is hit the 'submit' button to complete the procedure
