check the links in the notification email...

pasting them to the forum causes them to be parsed correctly.

This was happening for five minutes while we implemented changes to improve security.

They should all be normal again.

Actually... After I posted about the XSS vulnerability on NZ Herald I thought of something else and decided to test. While testing the same routine was used by the email notification - until I had it fixed.
