TC/Vodafone routing to the Cloudflare CDN is strange. The closest POP is in Sydney, but requests from TC/VF go via Asia. This is one reason I'm leaving for Snap, hoping they can get it right.

Tell me about it. There's some kind of peering problem stopping routing from one network in Sydney to another. Same thing happens in NZ when companies don't peer.

Probably some connectivity issues between the CF servers and our servers. Vodafone was having problems as well so it could be something with a specific transit provider.

Vodafone routes are strange. People looked at this two or three times and I never got a resolution or a good enough answer on why they go to Singapore via Sydney when there's a server in Sydney.

But hey, they have "supernet" [/sarcasm]

It's been pretty fast for me during the day. It only came down now between 930-10pm because the whole international traffic stopped on Vodafone so I couldn't access anything from home.
