Hi. I have a 200k jpeg that I've tried loading as my avatar. It seems to do it but the picture doesn't appear.
What am I doing wrong?

Try making it smaller. You may be just on the limit.

Alternatively, email it to [goneburger] and I will email it back the perfect size.

That's got it.
Reduced it from 200k to 196k and it loaded fine.
