I tried to edit this thread. All the text was squished into one paragraph.

Yep, I've edited a few posts and the markup here often fails to work and I don't even consider anything beyond rudimentary formatting.

Same thing happened to me earlier today; I had to put in new returns.

 

Am I right in thinking there's been a change in that new paragraphs have automatic spacing added? I'm sure I used to use two returns between paragraphs, whereas now a single return still provides appropriate para spacing. (Just wondering if the two things are connected.)

Also agree.  I don't bother now and instead leave it as is, rather than wade through looking for points to separate.

Yes, we did a small change yesterday that seems to affect editing. Will fix this tonight.

Are you folks mixing the editor and non-editor?

 

I tested in some of your posts and I see a problem, but don't see this with other people's posts.

Yes, because I changed something last night.

 

The thing is - editing your post is screwed up, editing my post works.

 

So to help here I need to know OS/browser from those with problems and if the editor was loaded or not when posting.

I noticed a lot of nsbp's were appearing in posts from some users. Other than that didn't notice anything yet. Chrome/Android.
