I use the Duo app to get two-factor codes to log into Geekzone (and other supported sites). For some reason I find it occasionally takes up to three attempts (refreshing the code before each attempt) to log into Geekzone. This is not something I've observed with my other 2FC sites such as Fastmail, Facebook, Backblaze and DigitalOcean—all of which accept my codes on the first attempt every time. Is this a known issue specific to Geekzone?

It could  be that our 2FA library has a smaller window of time for before and after the code. I will check.

I have seen the same, so have started using the code right as it refreshes. I know it fails when there are 4-5 seconds left of the code.

I have updated the COM Object server to the latest version. See if it makes any difference...

Suggest adding to the error when incorrect password or 2FA token is entered to check the time on the phone and show time on webserver if this differ the codes will fail...

I spent ages before I noticed the time on my phone had drifted forward a minute or so after turning off auto sync time when travelling recently....
