Occasionally, when replying on my phone (iPhone 11 Pro) I get asked to to Captcha.

It says one of the ways to stop it is to check my phone with a malware scan. You can’t do that on an iPhone AFAIK.

What are the other ways? I’m usually just at home on the WiFi.
