For some reason I don't understand at all, one of my computers has put me into a bot verification loop when I try to access Geekzone from my Brave browser. I am not aware of any changes from my end. This just started happening this evening. The Chrome browser works normally. Can you see anything at your end that might be causing this?

Happening to me too on iPad/iPhone on safari, I always clear my history after I use safari so all this afternoon when I come back to geekzone I keeps asking if I’m a bot

I've hit it on other sites in the last few hours too. Cloudflare perhaps?

Testing something. It should be once a week, per browser but seems to be more aggressive than that. I will chang later tonight.

In addition to that I have a form resubmission warning when refreshing a page, probably after the not a bot form.

I observed something like a loop when I opened the page and then ignored the bot warning while doing something else. The page would not proceed when I returned. Easy workaround close tab.

Still not working for me. Now I can't even reply to posts on Chrome because I keep hitting the verification check. It just keeps looping back. I had to change to another computer to post this. I don't know what is going on.

I disabled the rule so it should work. If not now, soon. But I have turned my laptop off now and a bit drunk after a good night with @michaelmurfy and friends... So will look again tomorrow if there are more reports.

This is expected. But I can fine tune more. Later.

Problem solved. My VPN extension was blocking the verification.

When you have problems like this, simply saying "I have a problem" does not help us pinpoint it.

The more information the better. Anything that has changed. Anything that is not normal. Any error message (and importantly a RayID if an error page appears).

We serve hundreds of thousands of pages everyday, to humans and bots. One affected person is not enough to allow us to see a pattern.

More information is always better.
