Has anybody used a wireless phone jack in NZ? I see these devices are available in UK and USA but can find no information on their availability for NZ.

I suspect it's simply a case of nobody wanting to import a device that requires both Telepermit and DECT certification. The cost to do this for something that may only sell very small quantities probably doesn't stack up.

I've never used one but have heard of people using them and am actually looking at some for a current job I've got on.

Friend bought some back from the UK with them, they work fine for a sky box dialing out.

They were dect based ones, not the powerline ones that you see around the place.
