Can it be made so the default of setting (ticked or unticked) for the two options
"show signature" and "E-mail notification" is changable in my profile?

I don't really like to get the E-mail notifications so I'm always ticking it, however I then seem to find that I've left it ticked for one hot topic and get 10 emails about it.

I'd like it so I have to turn it on when I want, rather than always having to remember to turn it off... (though I am going to leave it ticked for this posting)
