Hey Guys,
An inside tip about booking hotels ( as I work for one of the main chains in NZ) and websites like Wotif. Check the websites like Wotif ( whom charge your card straight away) for the best rates and note down the rate. Then call the hotel directly and they may honour that website rate or offer something similar depending on their occupancy. Also if it as at a higher rate, you can ask them if they can include breakfast (if it doesn't already do so) as this does not normally cost the hotel much more.

Alright... flights booked and flying up on 8th August CHC-AKL on AirNZ, arriving midday with my +1. Though we won't be staying where all other Geekzone members be staying - got a friend's B&B arranged.
