Since there are a number of us out this way, perhaps the next GZ Meetup could be in South Auckland?

Of course we'll need Security, and lots of it. And armed Police? Probably a good idea.

And we could some get some KFC Nate! Being that it would be a special occasion and all....

But seriously now...

Well, the police station is on the same block as Stampede, and the SAS are at the Army Camp only 1km away as the crow flies. KFC is at the other end of the main drag and within staggering distance for nate, so he won't have to steal a car from Countdown. And if he really gets into trouble, there is a legal office across the road from Stampede.

I used to "live" (okay, so it was technically a 'youth justice facility', but meh) right next door to that SAS training place. All they had was a little farm fence with a sign saying "NEW ZEALAND DEFENCE FORCE - PLEASE DO NOT ENTER." At least they were polite about it.

The WINZ office is within stumbling distance. But yeah, lawyers, cops, courthouse and bar are all on the same block, so I think we've got that one figured out.

And if we want to get really carried away, theres a TAB and Tattoo Parlour on that block too.

I forgot to mention that Housing Corp is on that block too, just in case anyone loves South Auckland so much they want to move there? (and possibly be my neighbour?) And theres a bottle shop as well. Its such an awesome place to live. < /sarcasm >
