Question for you folks looking at this change: would you list Politics threads in there (currently filtered)?

If you participate in Politics, seeing the thread there means you keep up-to-date. If you don't participate in the Politics sub-forum you don't see anything.

I am inclined to show it because I am interested in everything I participated in.

Yes, whatever you participated in should be there IMO.

I had forgotten about visiting some of the forums listed, but your data is correct.

In this case if you reply to all topics in that list you will see threads you have already replied to and other stuff will not show up. Filtering topics with your last reply out means you will always see things you have participated before but not replied to lately.

I like this feature. It adds value for me. I'm not sure about having my last reply included. I don't think it is necessary but it might be useful sometimes. My memory is flaky as I get older and sometimes I have trouble remembering where I have recently posted when I want to go back and check what I have written. I guess that makes this a 'maybe' response.
