TechPacific and BDT don't have an e-commerce website. They distribute to the retail channels or to companies with accounts. If you have a company you can look at BDT, or Tech Pacific. Other distributor here is Renaissance.

Thank you for the links, but I do not have a company nor do I purchase goods for the company I work for.

Does anyone know where I can buy a wifi CF LAN card? I looked on Ascent but I couldn't find what I was looking for and Flashcards is still working out a deal for some. I want a good card I can use in the CBD and where all the free APs are showing up around Auckland. I believe they are installing some in Parnell next.

Have a look on this Sandisk on Ascent. I'm still waiting for the Sandisk wi-fi SD card to arrive here.

From everything I have read about Sandisk cards I think I will stay away from them. I don't want to take the chance. I am a cautious consumer. Now having said that...yes, I am the one who purchased the PPC with known defective rubber side grips. BUT it has both CF and SD slots so I figure that out-weighs everything for me.

I am looking for something like a CF lan : Symbol, Ambicom, Socket, etc.

I think it'll be hard to find Ambicom or Socket around here. I had a couple of Socket products for review before, and had to send back to Japan. Although they were very helpful in arranging the goodies sent here they didn't want me to give away from New Zealand, because there's no distribution here yet! Even though some of the freebies we give away end up going overseas anyway.

That is a shame, because from all reports these are excellent products.

I just hope our dollar can remain as high as it is once the US starts $ to rise again. It is great buying products right now. I know that is blue sky thinking but a woman can hope. ;-)

Just bought a Sandisk wi-fi SD card from Amazon and sent to a friend in California, who'll forward it to me... Let's see how it goes.

I know it can take up to a couple of weeks for this SD card to arrive here (going to CA before coming down under), but I've already downloaded and installed the driver on my H3970. Oh, anxiety...

a word of caution...make you they send it with tracking option.
It is very comforting to be able to see where your package is. Right now my 2215 is either in the states or in NZ. My bet it is sitting in someone's pocket in one of the countires.

Firstmobile NZ has a range of Krussel leather cases available, if not instore, then to order. Prices aren't cheap, around NZD$40-$60, but considering their superior quality to whats also available, they're worth the extra! IPaq, Nokia and Sony Ericsson is all we have available at present, will post a full list and prices in NZD if requested :)

Hiya, here is a list of Krussell cases available through Firstmobile NZ ltd:

NOK 3315, 3530, 3650, 6100, 6310, 7650, 8310
SE P800, T610, T68i
MOT V60i

All of the above are NZD $49.95, nearly twice the RRP of a standard Mugen l/c, but worth every cent! There is a variety of belt attachments available as well, and an extrememly stylish black leather business card holder ;)

It's quite possible the store you go to won't have the item in question in immediate stock, but we can usually get o/night delivery so call us a day ahead if need-be!
Cheers

I spoke to two Wellington firstmobile stores today, neither had heard of Krussell cases and both said they couldn't order them, stopped after the second store becuase the gent I spoke to said he managed most of the Wellington stores and if he hadn't heard of them none of the others would either.

However ... I just rang him back after checking your profile here and "Sam" from Willis St store (whom you apprantly did your training with) said to give him a call and fill him in on these cases. Let me know once you have becuase I'll order one through him then.

Thanks.
