Looks great here in Firefox 41.0.2 for Mac OS. Except, as has already been mentioned, in the reply box.

Thanks for the change though I usually read my forums in full screen mode on a 27" iMac.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

font in the posts is better

but as someone else mentioned the reply box is tiny compared and also the text Reply # 1413973 26-Oct-2015 15:26, is also small in comparison to the post size

I am using on Android and it looks OK on HTC browser. Will try Chrome later.

There are a few places to change but most are done. The number of different declarations was rather large and I have reduced that.

It is actually a lot more consistent than before.

Is that only a bullet style problem?

Looks good on my PC (Edge), my Android tablet (Chrome) my Surface (Edge, Chrome) and my iPhone and iMac (Safari)

I have my DPI turned way down on my OP2 so possibly the reason I am seeing it more. Looks a bit better now.

The font size seems to change on each page of this thread. And the original post on some threads are to wide and I am unable to read them.

the increase in size, atlest IMO is the wrong direction to go. Makes it seem zoomed in.

I have to drop down to near 75% for it to look about right.

Facebook did the same thing a year or so back. Another site that i consistently use zoomed out or userscripts ran ontop..

It should be consistent as I have been testing and looking in multiple browsers. If you are still having problems please clear the cache in your browser.

at 1080P though, it just feels like someones toyed with the DPI settings too much.

Absolutely, ild agree for higher DPI screens its not so bad.

Thanks that fixed it. I think the fonts slightly larger than necessary.

Are posts with quotes meant to be smaller?

The size with the quotes look like the perfect size for my device.

Shows the smaller font size now also weird.

I see a few others are complaining about the font size.

To me, the big improvement was moving to a Sans-Serif font, and Arial is so much better than what was being used. The primary point of a forum is reading and posting, so readability should be high on the list of priorities.

The font size issue is going to depend a lot on what dpi resolution screens need to be supported. I notice Google is using a 13px Arial font (at least when it is rendered for my machine). I tried 13px on this site using the Google Developer Tools to edit the css on the fly, and it still seemed ok on my monitor.

So I guess if enough people are unhappy with the size you could copy Google (who I am sure have a whole team of usability researchers who study the tiniest of details like this one) and go with 13px.

I just tried the site on an iPhone browser, and 14px seems best to me. I wouldn't use anything smaller.

If you really want to get that tricky, try using a @media in your style sheet to use 13px for desktop, and 14px for mobile. Or keep it simple and stick with 14px and that seems readable on everything I just tested. 14px seems a good compromise for all displays.
