Am I right in guessing that no country flag is a good sign that someone posted via an IPv6 connection?

The first 50 people to post from an IPv6 address go into the draw to win... something (will decide later on a nice prize for you folks).

I have a prize! I will draw a Blueant T1 Bluetooth headset between the 50 first people to post a reply on Geekzone from an IPv6 address... One entry per user.

ooo nice,  what date will that be?

funnyfela: Hmmm Been trying to get the GoGo tunnel going but it just wouldn't work...
Does that make any sense, or more likely Windows 7 messing with it, it was going at the Church other day on my laptop.

You have to create an exception rule in the Windows Firewall for it. Open Control Panel, click Windows Firewall and add GoGo6 to the list.

Don't use Windows firewall, Trend Micro Internet Pro Suite (Got it for free for a year)

Turned it completely off and it didn't work....
Yet it worked at church without all the DMZ port forwarding.

Oh well, IPv6 via RDP from another machine works in the meantime

Just noticed the "ipv6" in the logo. Good to see people adopting ipv6 (finally)!

Interesting. Just visited Geekzone this morning and noticed the IPv6 logo up top.

Thing is, I'm not using any services or tunnels. Just plain old Orcon ADSL2+. Looks like they enabled IPv6, then.

This is certainly an IPv6 address you used. But the question is... How did you get it? Is your router IPv6 compatible?

My router (AirPort Extreme) is set to Tunnel for IPv6 Mode. All my internal network is already running IPv6 addresses. Orcon was the only bit missing from it. Still seems a bit flaky, though. Been getting more disconnects than before.

Would love to hear what Orcon has to say about this IPv6 switch.

When viewing the website in V6, view the source down the bottom and post the IPv6 it says down the bottom of the source.

Yeah I've got an Airport Extreme on Snap and enjoying using IPv6 stuff, I believe still just using the tunnel mode unfortunately don't have a big subnet of my own just yet. Have played around with a Hurricane Electric tunnel in the past
