Ragnor: Have you considered declaring the font family using the san-serif keyword instead of a specific font?

This means the browser/os chooses the best/default san-serif font to use, currently Arial on Windows and Helvetica on Mac.

This seems like a good idea.
Most linux systems default to Dejavu sans / serif fonts.
I'd love to see this when I visit geekzone.
Currently my linux distro substitutes Liberation-sans for Arial - but the dejavu fonts are that much nicer.
freitasm: Yes, testing the sans-serif option but it seems your system doesn't default to Arial as expected.
