We have a problem with going over our data cap. The major issue I have is that we went from our previous provider that we were with for 4 years, using an average of 40 - 50gb a month ... we changed to Telstra 2 months ago and already we have gone over both months hitting 80gb both times !!!
I manage our network with a very good understanding of whats connected etc, so I am not looking for advise as to what internally might be using the data. The issue is why when we changed to Telstra did the data usage go through the roof, and what are my chances of getting out of the 12 month contract I got sold stating " 60gb will be more than enough if you were only using 40 - 50gb"
