Well after much excitement I bought a SIM Pack and a Vodem from Vodafone yesterday however that is when the problem started - first I receive this text 'Sorry u don't have enough credit to send a text message.' even though no text message was attempting to be sent. I then went for a walk to the chippy shop and suddenly I went from an average 3 bars to a mediocre 2-1 bars when I stepped in front of the shop - that issue never appeared when I was with Telecom.

Regarding the Vodem - no matter where I'm placing myself in the home I'm lucky to get maybe 2 bars; and when I took my laptop outside the house just for the lulz to see whether it was bad luck I had the same situation.

Long story short - I bought it from the Vodafone shop in Queensgate - is it possible to get a refund or at least a partial refund given the above situation?

Should you not be directing this question to the place of purchase?

Sorry, I assumed that the Vodafone shop (badged as 'Vodafone') was owned by Vodafone thus there was an across the board policy that each shop had to conform to.

It maybe owned by Vodafone but this question needs to be directed to the store not a public forum,
