Okay, so when I look on the box of my 3g PS Vita I see the following:

I purchased a top up yesterday and had it redeemed to my PS Vita's sim card and then I was told that because I changed the plan on the sim card before I topped up I would not receive the free game. My reason for changing plan being 500MB for $19 vs 512MB? for $30. Apparently though changing my plan means I am not eligible to get the free gift according to internal documents of Vodafone. However if I follow through the last part of that sticker and I view the full terms and conditions I get the following:

1. I have a marked box 3g Vita.
2. I topped up $20 yesterday.
3. N/A
4. N/A
5. N/A
6. N/A
7. I have a 4GB and 16GB stick.
8. I have Wifi.

To confirm it was a Vita sim card here you go (Sorry for glare):

So basically I don't see how I went wrong here, I followed all the relevant terms and conditions, the 'full terms and conditions' for the promotion. I wasn't planning to post this here though, but however as the customer service manager I spoke to did not phone me back yesterday as he said he would I decided to. The only reason I really topped up this sim card was for this promotion.

On a separate issue, I'm getting issues on your website if I'm not signed into it, it gives me redirect loops?

Thanks.
