Today I called us because one of my staff called to say he got a text warning him he had reached his 250MB Plan limit for Mobile data on his phone. I knew something was weird since when we signed with VF to get our GS3's they gave us as an extra, 1GB on top of our plan allocation for 6 months. I was a very happy customer then!

I called customer service, friendly young (I think) lady took my details, looked at my account, said she needed to to speak to the retention's team who had done the deal in the first place, I waited on hold for maybe around 5 minutes. She comes back and says.. Good news, we fixed up your account and gave you an EXTRA 12 months of 1GB Data for your trouble. On ALL our Phones!!!

I didn't ask for, nor expect any form of compensation, the issue was exceptionally minor and took a few moments to resolve. I wasn't upset when I spoke to her.

I was extremely blown away by what I consider to be a very generous gesture!

Yet again VF exceeded my expectations.

So nice to hear positive experiences too sometimes! I really think people don't give good feedback when it is deserved often enough. Well done Vodafone!

I think the clue here is - ALL their phones. A reward for obvious volume of business. Well done VF.

Lol and in my case if you get the wrong person, they tell you to move to telecom.... which I did a few weeks ago.... along with my entire company Laughing

I have had a good outcome when dealing with the VF retention team a few months ago too.
