Installed a new phone system for a charity I help out with, they called TelstraClear to get clear forward answer reversal and were told it was a $35 charge (I'm hoping it's a one off and not monthly) to do so.

First time I've encountered a charge - is this normal?

Checking on this for you, I will reply as soon as I know more. But for existing Vodafone customers there is no charge.
