Was a dialup Clear.Net customer from 2000 until 2005 when I moved to Orcon Broadband.
At the time of transfer I moved from an unlimited dialup connection to a pay as you go connection and moved the connection to my parents account (parents continued to use the dialup until 2007)

All was good until early 2012 when I started receiving a 'bill' ever month advising of my $3.45 credit. At the time I tried to stop the credit note but it was too hard to actually talk to someone and I eventually gave up.

I got my new Vodafone 'bill' a few days ago and I thought I should try once again to get rid of the paper statement and if they HAVE to continue to send me a 'bill' each month to get it electronically.
Who can advise the best number to call to get this sorted?

Thanks

I had a similar situation with them, I just rang the 0800 number on the bill and chose something like billing or account enquiry. They sent me a cheque by post.

You should be able to change to this online (from memory).

Sorted. One of my friends works for Vodafone and saw this post.
Couple of text messages later and my account has been closed and the credit transferred over to my parents account (used to keep Clear Net email address alive)
