Hi there,

Hoping someone can answer this relatively simple question.

I know of 2 people who have the old silver\black Telstraclear set top boxes, not the T Box or My Sky, but aren't getting the Jones channel 13. Both people have the basic Sky package, which Jones is part of, but can't access it.

Anyone know why this is?

Did they call the call centre to discuss?

I know someone with the same and read on these forums that was the case too. I haven't heard officially or called the call centre but I believe Jones is not there on a non-tbox stb.

There was a thread in the old TCL section and someone had tracked down that Jones would not be on the old silver boxes. Makes me sad too as no Jones on the bedroom TV.

JONES! is not available to Digital TV customers because technology limitations do not allow it to be added to the Digital TV line-up. These limitations don't exist for the T-Box.
