I want to port back my other number to Vodafone.

Can I do this online and go pickup the sim card from one of the shop during my lunchtime? Is that possible?

Why the heck Vodafone stops that online chat customer service which I found it really really useful.

Hi

Our chat team is definitely here - they sit just near me. Chats open on certain pages of the site when particular conditions are met and the team are available, also I think browser capability etc.

You can also click the "Chat before you buy!" link on the right of this page https://www.vodafone.co.nz/shop/mobileListing.jsp

Thanks

Dylan

Hi Dylan, thanks! I figured that out.

To answer my own question, NO - I can't get everything done online and pickup the SIM at the store. If I did it online, I have to wait for the SIM in my mailbox.

Thanks

Hmmm they did it for me late last year. As soon as the credit check had passed and the number was allocated i went into the VF store and they did a SIM swap and it worked straight away. Unless your meaning porting your number i was told you have to wait if it's a port.
