Has any one here got a GX17 Mobile phone & got it to work with the GX 17 Handset manger???

If you have got it to work with the GX 17 Handset manger, how?

I can get my phone to talk to the Bluetooth dongle but I can’t get the GX 17 Handset manger to talk to the phone the software just sits there saying “trying to connect to the device"
 

Any ideas?
