Hello Everyone,
Check This Out - This was done in Grey Lynn on Saturday, 28 April 2007, 1:21:42 a.m, Using utorrent I was getting 724.8kB/s.

Which is the theorotical speed for my connection! I connect around 7 Megabits.
Since then I did my downloading from Parnell, and could only get 100kB/s speed on my 5.5 Megabit connection. Then I was sued by American Movie companies, and xNet cut off my connection. Since then my connection at home is crippled so I can only get good speeds on non-torrent traffic. (torrent traffic is ~10kB/s)
I don't know if this occurred at the same time, or is another fault on my line (I did report it, but no one got back to me.)
Also, our speed at work is still good.
Now I just watch streaming TV on my home connection, I'm using a iMac 24" since this is legal.
But I've been meaning to post this to show how good xNet's network is - but I assume they don't want a lot of illegal torrent downloaders on their network, using large amount of traffic is fine by them thought ($1/GB)
I use around 40G-50G a month watching streaming TV I extimate.
Anyways. So there all you people complaining about speed, Xtra took it all and gave it to me at work :-)
