My cable broadband has been out since about 20:15(-ish).

Appears no one is answering service calls at VF. My 2nd phone call this evening, and it's at 1 hour 13 mins.

Apparently the issue is not isolated:

Depending on location we have some planned work going on the HFC network this should be complete early November, So short outages could be expected from time to time
