Are my decoders playing up, or has TCL changed their analogue C4 transmission to an anamorphic feed?

Edit: Thought I should clarify (analogue).

But the anamorphic feed was great if you have a widescreen TV that's running off the passthru from the decoder!

Just one other question I've been meaning to ask, the FTA channels on analogue are still a 4:3 feed. I haven't paid a lot of attention to it but just wondered if it was a true 4:3 feed or just the 16:9 feed centre cut? I've been meaning to go and have a look at my parents TV to hook the passthru up as a 4:3 feed still looks nicer on a 4:3 TV.

Yes, but the majority of widescreen tv owners would have digital.  Much like there's a transition period for widescreen content, theres a transition period for people purchasing TVs.  Any analogue channel will never be delivered in widescreen or anamorphic format.  The other difference between analogue and digital is digital (as on Sky and Freeview) is 24/7.  Analogue (as in, aerial off the roof, Sky UHF, TCL Analogue) has infomercials during the morning/early afternoon.

See above :)  Analogue is purely 4:3 or 4:3 letterboxed.  Widesreen flags are not supported on analogue.
