Hopefully someone from XNET will read this :-) now maverick is back.

The provisioning e-mails are great, but the one problem is they don't list the telephone number assigned to the phone, so we have no record of this unless we walk around to each phone and enter them in seperately to the provisioning e-mail.

This is more important when we assign the logons as company1 company2 etc instead of by staff members name (some places have high turnover.)

I don't know if this is a security risk or not etc. Just a idea which would help a lot.

Hi Tyler,

Thanks for this, this is already under action and is supposed to be delivered to us shortly with one of our backend systems, but going forward there will be some changes so there may be some new ways to do things in the new year

Yes I have been wondering about this too Phil. When I first got VFX on here and saw that I could get email notifications of numbers that have called me I thought great but have never seen a phone number appear in the email. I just having a look now at the setting and I have it set to missed incoming calls, Time is Every day all day, Calls from Any phone number. Should that show up the phone numbers of all missed calls or do we have to have specific phone numbers in the specific phone number boxes below that

Regards Lance

Hi Lance,

@ different things actaully, Tyler was asking about the provisioning EMail that is sent out to new customers at this stage it does not contain the allocated phone number it will in the future, what you are asking about is I believe is Call Notify, this is where you can get notifications of Callers to an Email address you specify

Call Notify Modify

Allows you to modify a single-criteria entry for Call Notify. Specify the time schedule you would like an e-mail when the callers call. Also, you can have an e-mail sent when only the specified numbers call or all numbers call. If you need more than 12 numbers or more distinct time periods, you can create multiple call notify entries to accomplish this.

Oops sorry Phil I thought it was the same as what Tyler was asking EmbarassedBut thanks for the reply it takes a bit of getting used to the different features on VFX as I have never had them on a landline phone.

Regards Lance.

Maverick,

Also, could we have the customer account number on the provisioning e-mail, I'm always having to bug the CSR when the account is setup because we don't get this either. :-)
