Is it possible to unsubscribe from all the promo SMS sent to a prepay account?

Yes you need to call and it's just a tick box

The system doesn't understand stop. Tried many times and it just returns an error

Read the act and you will see SMS from the actual carrier does not count

If you don't want marketing offers from your carrier you can call and get them stopped
