Usually when I make a call i get a computer voice saying your call cannot be completed at this please try again later.

Usually I have to redial the number 3-4 times.

It happens when I start to make a call but after I hang up and dial another number it goes straight thru

Does anyone have this kind of problem?

As well as that when i was at my friend place he also had Vfx.I notice sometimes when I pickup to make a call it also says that message

hmm..Any idea what the problem is?

You need to give me some details , usually it means that the call is being rejected at Telecom because this is there RVA, if it's not  a Niel Waka RVA then the call has left the network,

PM an example and we can take a look

I have had this too but not for a while now. Try disconnecting the power to your VFX unit and wait about 10 seconds and then reconnect and see if that fixes it. Its been a while since it happened to me but thats what the help desk told me to do.
