However have just signed up to vfx and they  have sent me my provisioning email thing with all the details but i cant seem to find the section on the routers gui to put in the  link that they have given me.
I would ring them but they are closed now.

any help would be greatly appriciated

Hi there,

Found that very confusing to start with as well.

If you login to the device (using it's IP address, by default 192.168.15.1 I think) and click on Voice you should be able to find it there, under Provisioning.

My device had already blocked access to this section and as far as I know if this is the case you don't need to add the link?

Is it preconfigured (had a VFX sticker on the box)?  Then it is already configured and no need to enter anything.  Check if the phone port is working.  Once it has connected to the server you will not be able to get to the settings until one day if you leave VFX and request the device to be unlocked (they will do it for you).

You can never have enough Volvos!

I set one up the other day and off the top of my head

once in voice

there are 2 things you need to click on that are not immediatly obvious

advanced and then admin login (or it might be the other way round the order is important) found as links at the top of the screen

once you do these the provisioning menu will appear

but as other posters have mentioned if it has vfx, xnet written all over the box then it has probably already been done, and you will be locked out of some areas

The unit is fine,I have  taken a look at this this morning we have your unit listed as a WAG54GP2 not a WRTP54G, this will be fixed this morning and a profile for your wrtp54g will be added instead of a wag54gp2, your device is phoning home so should all be good shortly

Correct profile added, your device has picked it up updated it's firmware and has now registerd, so you should now have a Phone LED on as well as dial tone.....welcome to WorldxChange & VFX Wink
