I run a Mikrotik RB2011 firewall that has around 10 people connecting to it via SSTP VPN from time to time.

I have one Vodafone's business fibre UFB packages (200Mb/s up and down)

After about a month of UFB being my Auckland VPN users have noticed their connections drop for no apparent reason (from various parts around the world) after between 5 mins and 60 mins

There has been no config change to the firewall 

I have an identical configuration in Wellington over Orcon ADSL with no end user VPN issue (also SSTP) and I have an IPSec tunnel between Wellington and Auckland with no issues.

What is interesting is if I VPN from one zone to another on the Auckland firewall (i.e. not actually traversing the internet) then the tunnel stay up for ever.

The only device between the internet and the firewall is the ONT.

Possibly a dumb question but what I'm wondering is: is it possible Vodafone doesn't like constant SSL traffic in the form of an SSTP tunnel and is dropping it after a while?
