Tried to email a customer with a @clear.net.nz address earlier and got a bounce back. Tested it with my Clear & Paradise addresses, same thing. Sent ok via hotmail address. Gmail not happy with them at the moment?

 

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

 

 

*****@paradise.net.nz

 

 

Technical details of permanent failure:

 

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain paradise.net.nz by mx.paradise.net.nz. [203.97.33.212].

 

 

The error that the other server returned was:

 

550 Too many invalid recipients

 

 

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

 

 

*****@clear.net.nz

Based on that error it looks more like Paradise & Clear email servers aren't happy about something. Perhaps your Gmail address has been blocked for some reason?

I replied from my Gmail domain address, and also personal gmail address.

Can confirm this issue as we have 7 work emails with paradise back end. Call and ask for level 2 paradise email support. 

 

All you can do is advise and forward to them when happens.
