Why can't just the change the number on the VFX login.

Also why do you need so many passwords why can't the same credentials be used for:

- Webmail & Account
- VFX
- ViewBill

Lastly, I am wondering why I *never* get any reply to emails sent to help@xnet.co.nz  except for automated response and ticket number.   I have sent 2-3 emails in the past month and have not got a single non-automated reply.   Is my email address blocked for some reason.

Hi hpj2007,

Can you please PM me your VFX details and I will get someone to look into this for you, you should unless you are keeping your original VFX number and not replacing it, be able to keep your original login name.

Cheers

Josh

This happened to me too but someone fixed it up for me.

I had Xnet and VFX with an 06 8xxxxxxx number
I got Fusion and had my Telecom 06 35xxxxx number ported
My VFX login changed to a new one because they said my original login was in use by me!

But as I said... someone on the helpdesk had this fixed up for me so that I'm back to the original VFX login.

Cheers,
Nigel
