How many calls/txt can a Vodafone cell site handle. I was at the V8's in Hamilton(Sunday) with my N95 and was unable to call out(Network Busy) and send txt's with full 3G service.Forced the phone to GSM mode and then had no issues. I thought the 3G service would be able to handle much more calls?

Does vodafone use temp 3g now since there are a lot of 3g handsets on the market now or just sticking with 2g stuff for the time being? I can imagine with the v8's it being an event where people would use video calling

How often do cell sites get overloaded? Not including events liek v8 supercars etc?

Blocking you mean! not often as 1800 capacity sites are being deployed where needed
