Hi all

Just noticed that we on fusion have been billed $11.25 for a VFX line on top of the Xnet fusion plan. A phonecall to Xnet billing and they said yes there was a glitch in this months billing and everyone affected will be credited on next months invoice.

Regards Lance.

It's not just Fusion customers. I have the River broadband plan and have also been charged for VFX. It bugs me that I have to front up the $$ for their error, rather than them sort their problems out and invoice me when it's sorted out. I'm sure there are others working to budget that will find this a nuisance also. It's the principal more so than the price though!
