Vodafone Australia already has "$5 roaming" "for free" in New Zealand

 

https://www.vodafone.com.au/plans/international-roaming 

 

I think there might already be similar free roaming things between some European countries. A colleague has been travelling to India and comparing the Spark rates to the $5 daily rate for Vodafone... yeah, it's interesting. :)
