I've recently signed up to WorldxChanges VFX service and have been billed for the service but have yet to be sent a bill. I understand that the billing cycle is done on the calendar month.

I've called up several times (hold times are terrible!) to ask where the bill is, only to be told that I should wait till next week. This is starting to concern me, as I'm prepared to pay, except I can't get into view bill with the details provided by the helpdesk, or without the bill itself. I don't want to get stung with late payment as now is quite a sensitive time for my credit record ;)

It should arrive withing a couple of days.  If you had the e-mail option, then you would have received it on the weekend.

I did register for the email service a few days ago after braving the queues... but I was told that it would only apply to my second bill onwards.

I'll keep an eye out for it.

Yea emails normally arive between the 6 and 8th of the next month, this time it was the afternoon of the 8th.

So I should expect arrival soon. Their standard terms of service are 20 days from invoice date and the invoice date is the last day of the month the bill is for.

I got the bill about two days ago. Took a while compared to other telco bills, which only take a day or two.

Signed up to view bill, and am getting email bills.

My bills come when they feel like it.
